Note 4
Battery doesn't have a long life. Needed a T-Moble phone to get services like hotspot wifi and some voice mail features. My unlocked Verizon phone didn't perform as well. I had a Note 3 Verizon unlocked previously. Charger went out on my Note 4, momentarily so I tried to repair it but it's too hard to take the screen off without damage so I bought a separate battery charger but the the internal charger worked again. Repairman said that it probably won't work again but it did. Don't understand how it worked again but it did. Same thing happened to my Note 3 but the internal charger could be fixed and so I repaired it. The Note 4 has a strong adhesive to the screen which makes it difficult to repair without replacing the screen which is expensive. The Note 4 performs a little better than my Note 3 but the main reason for the upgrade was to get a T-Mobile phone for their services to perform well on my Note 4.

Galaxy Note 4
Amazing phone.. although being a Verizon phone & not the tmobile version I thought it to be I have additional apps I cannot remove w/o rooting the phone. That being said it was in mint condition just as advertised. It is incredibly responsive, takes stunning pictures, is faster than any phone I have ever owned, has a removable battery, and a micro SD slot too... The s-pen allows you to do additional tasks w little effort, & is very ruggedly built... Hands down better than the IPHONE 6.

This is one great phone!
This is the last of the tasty Samsung Note series phones that you can add your own sd card. Vary fast and way more system features and options than you will ever use, but it's good to know you have them. One small thing, running almost any app that is stored on the external sd is slow and prone to problems, however that is a common problem with any newer phone that offers addon sd. An absolute steal for the money.

Samsung Note 4
The Samsung Note 4 is an awesome phone that also doubles as a tablet. I'm very pleased with the battery life and it's ability to accept a high capacity micro sd card. If the battery ever goes bad, it can easily be removed and replaced with no tools. The stylus pen takes this phone to the next level. It's size, performance, camera, screen definition, and overall quality are top notch. I could not be happier with my purchase.

Great deal on a great phone!
This is a brand new unlocked phone. I already knew it had a reputation of having a weak battery, but I adjusted the power saving modes and am happy with the results. It takes really good pictures, user friendly, and has a quality feel. Was going to get the Note 5 but really needed something with the SD memory cards. Highly recommend an external battery pack if you use your phone alot. Overall I love this phone. Thanks.

Excellent picture quality, brilliant colors
Samsung phones are constantly evolving, unlike their main competitor who cranks out each new generation with only tiny differences from the previous generation. Although larger than I'm used to, this phone is extremely user friendly and intuitive. The finger print swipe security lock is an amazing innovation. The note feature and stylus are cool, just have to keep an eye on that stylus don't want to lose it.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4
Large display for most usage, very happy with the phone features and note taking device. Works well for travelling users away form office. Large screen is nice for a little game here and there while waiting. wish the battery last a bit longer, however with the fast charger, it charges the phone with only 30% power to 100% in less than 45 minutes. Highly recommended.

Best phone for $200.
Best phone for the price, picture is amazing, better camera than the new iphones, the auto focus is pretty sweet... screen size is big enough that you can watch your favorite shows or movies. And with the SD card slot you can download a ton and have all the space you need

BEST PHONE BEST VALUE.....
Dont waste your money on a NEW PHONNNEEEEE.......You can also take the battery out of this and buy a bunch of spares and charge them. If I run out of battery, I just put another one in.....you can also replace this for around $100.00. New phones are WAYYY TOOOOO EXPENSIVE.....

Almost perfect
I was super excited to unbox my Note 4 especially since it's going to add to my collection along with it being the last removable battery in a flagship Samsung device. Turning it on of course I noticed All of the AT&T bloatware which I expected and then disabled. That wasn't the issue, when I go to look at the software I see that it's still on kit Kat which is Android 4.4.4 in this case. So of course I just let everything update in the background like the Google apps, Samsung apps, and that eventually I go to update the phone itself and oddly enough it says it's up to date. Now of course that's not right, that's the software it started on! So I proceed to go through some of the usual steps in terms of updating a Samsung phone. Do a factory reset, didn't work. Put all my info in again and then try Samsung Smart switch because that usually works...... Well it didn't this time. Now I'm getting a little frustrated, I call up Samsung and say "hey is there a way you guys can update this for me?" Basically they say it's up to the carrier to roll out updates in this case since it's not an unlocked by default phone. So on to my second call, I call AT&T and they say the phone has to be active on a line in order to update. Of course I don't want to start a line so that was a dud. Now I'm really getting desperate, this takes me to Reddit and basically I'm not the only person who's had this issue but now that the Note 4 is plenty of years old it no longer has support from Samsung kies (previous to Samsung Smart switch) and so it basically looks like I'm dead in the water. I haven't done it yet but my last ditch effort is going to be trying to flash the stock ROM on my own. Of course this wasn't easy either since most websites say to go to Sammobile and find the ROM. Of course with my luck the only model that isn't listed is the AT&T variant! Now I know I could always flash a custom ROM and root it but I've always felt like Samsung back in the day had put a lot of effort into the Samsung TouchWiz experience (Even if you liked it or not) so I tend to stick with the stock software and especially since marshmallow is still mostly supported by Google and a lot of apps I was curious to see if that was an option. I haven't been able to flash the stock marshmallow ROM but this afternoon I'm going to try to flash these stock lollipop ROM and maybe if I'm lucky it'll continue on its own to finish the rest of the updates. Now I know that was a lot of complaining but overall the phone itself wasn't good condition besides a little bit of burning and that small crack near the home button. The fingerprint sensor worked flawlessly, on both cameras were great and it doesn't matter if you have a bad battery or not since you can always just get a second one (or third or forth if you don't want to be tethered by a cable) so that's why I only gave it three stars but technically it's still works and it isn't being affected by the 3G shutdown. If you decide to pick one up just be wary about the older software
