    I purchased it based on description: no photo . I received tracking info quickly and knew when to expect it. There were no tracking updates. The day before it arrived I tracked it there had been no movement. I contacted the seller and he took action immediately the package arrived which was fine and then I realized it was a non-usable item. The wheels were on a side panel instead of the bottom. There was no way groceries would be able to stay in the bag. I am returning it

    Over half of them were extremely damaged (broken zippers, ripped handles, entire bottoms ripped at the seams). Due to trash and nails being at the bottom of these totes, it was clear that they were never inspected. The seller said in the description that the zippers work and there was some light wear, which was inaccurate. Zippers were broken, and some of these totes cant even bear weight. With how expensive these totes were, I'm disappointed in the lack of quality or accurate description.

    Charging cables can go bad.

    Charging my 2015 Model S was getting unreliable, and the cable was getting too warm. Replacing it solved the problem, but be aware of Gen 1 vs. Gen 2, in models 2016 and later.
