The cosmetic condition is very bad (heavily used with scratches all over remote and bottom of fan. Packaging was also horrible with barely any protection / seal (They ship directly with the refurbished dyson brown box) with just three pieces of tape sealing the box. Overall I am very disappointed in Dyson's refurbished outlet on eBay.
