Pictures taken at angles that didn't show the extent of box damage, or the water splotches and scratches on the Funko itself, clearly indicating that it had been out of the box. Seller stated he gets funkos with imperfections all the time and the pictures showed the defects (they didn't). It's not worth my time to try and return it, but this scammer got a new in box price for a used/damaged Funko.
