USPS shipping is, well, interesting. It’s a 735 mile drive to Sweet Grass, MT from Seattle. USPS sent the package on a 2,300 mile journey through 5 distribution centers covering the entire NW to get here.

    Anytime a buyer mentions that they have bought multiple units and they have all been defective it is a red flag to the seller. The item worked when it left my hands, unfortunately shipping may not always be gentle on these machines. You say it did not work and you received a full refund immediately. Negative feedback seems unfair and uncalled for.
