There's no remedy, except to keep trying until you're lucky enough to finally force it past the lock mechanism. I feel that eventually part of the zipper head will detach. There are also operating instructions sewn into the bag to explain this. I wish you would have given me a chance to help you through this before you left feedback but a wise man once told me you could wish in one hand and spit in the other and see which one fills up first... I guarantee that the bag we shipped you operates exactly as it should.
