Extremely well designed
This page turner by PageFlip is impressive. Is very functional, easy to pair with a tablet, and reconnects w/o issue. Flawless in page turning - never have turned more than 1 page at once by overstepping on the pedals. Only thing is that it does migrate around, even on carpeted surfaces. Will probably attach some velcro to the bottom of it so that it will stick to carpet. Overall, beautifully engineered - love this pedal!This page turner by PageFlip is impressive. Great functionality and ergonomics
This is a great tool. I use it with a laptop in both bluetooth mode and direct USB cable mode. Bluetooth is great when you do not want wire clutter, and USB is great when you do not want to depend on a battery. I use it for both classical guitar pieces as well as piano. The ergonomics of the design make it easy and flawless to operate without averting my eyes from the music. I had no problem connecting on bluetooth, and no problem working with USB cable. My sheet music is viewed with Adobe PDF reader, and I find this an excellent user interface to size a music sheet to a readable size so the page flip to the next page works well. When the sheet is sized so that less than a page fits on the monitor, the page flip scrolls the music as a percentage. I find this more difficult to ... This is a great tool. Adobe has no idea that it is displaying musical notation, so the scrolling moves the vertical positioning of measures, which is distracting. But for my use in my home studio, I have the music displayed on a 36" monitor mounted on the wall above the piano, and scrolling by whole pages is visually pleasing, and I can still read the music fine.

Pageflip Firefly: Rugged, Reliable, and Easy to Use
The Firefly Page Turner is a wonderful device for hands-free turning of music pages; that's what I use it for, though it will work on any PDF or similar file on your iPad, iPhone, or other Bluetooth-enabled device. The unit is rugged, trouble-free, and has plenty of options for page changes: Up-Down, Left-Right and more. I found it to be ridiculously easy to pair this unit with my iPad. I simply got the iPad ready to pair (about 4 steps), then turned the Firefly on and pushed the Bluetooth Reset button on the side. Bingo! Paired and ready. I've used this device to turn pages inside my Kindle app and forScore app, where my music resides. So easy to use, and with really quick response. I own other page turners, but I rely on my Firefly. It's a bit more expensive than others, but ... It does the job
Light weight yes, but for me as piano/keyboard player with several other pedals on the floor next to it it seems a little bit too small and it sits too low. One or two inches higher would be better. I love the longer lasting battery power. It certainly does the job I am happy with.
