It took them forever to answer and I had to open a case with Ebay to return the unit. I'm still waiting on refund. Transaction was canceled because it was discovered item was defective / out of spec I am glad seller did not send the item without verification. Massive points for that. In the future it would be preferred the item be verified working / in spec before it is sold so buyers time is not wasted.
