The outer box was crushed and many of the ornament boxes were also crushed as a result. Also, there was zero packaging/cushioning in the box for the ornaments which also resulted in damaged ornament boxes. The combination resulted in items not arriving as pictured/described. I messaged the seller and gave them every opportunity to respond - over a week, no response.
