Said he would go to post that day and get an update. Tracking updated that he finally dropped off the package. Took 2 more weeks to arrive. Total time, over a month. Beside that, product as described. Packed well, clean, good shape. Works great. Only complaint, VERY slow shipping, otherwise good transaction
