    Cannot rate this item. Item was shipped and received by my local post office. USPS TRACKING shows package was placed in my PO Box on October 2. My order was not in the PO Box. Postal people must have placed my item in someone else's box, which they have done before. I also have received other people's mail in my box. Postal people said that they do not make mistakes like putting mail in the wrong boxes. Anyway, item was shipped fast but my Post Office lost it.
