Lithium batteries were obviously packed carefully, each battery came with a very informative handbook and reminders. The company also was in touch with polite communication to confirm shipping/delivery. Four batteries have been installed as a conversion from Lead Acid in a 100ah Ryobi lawnmower, and it's working perfectly. One more for a trolling motor.
