    Printer was not unused as advertised - black ink spill inside. Would have put up with this but some damage in transit I assume - loose fragment of plastic and broken back hinge. Seller responded fairly promptly - sorry we sent you a used printer be accident with an offer to reduce price - obviously not acceptable as the printer was broken. Further communication was slow. If I’m being charitable - this was a genuine mistake. However? I have requested a refund and will return it.
