Also, the collar of the dress was way too high and tight for any human being and rubbed against the neck causing redness and discomfort. We tried to get a refund from the seller and they tried to scam us by offering us a partial refund and ask us to pretend to send back the dress and close the refund request. They then never issued a refund so we had to call Ebay for help.
