    HAIR GROWTH IN LESS THAN A WEEK!?

    I was originally interested in this item because of how much I dye and bleach my hair, knowing that it causes damage and breakage, I wanted something to help speed up the recovery process. I'll be honest, this is my first time taking a hair vitamin and I was very skeptical. The day it came in I had my roots re bleached and began taking it that night. No more than FOUR DAYS later, my roots where already growing back in to the point where I would generally be wanting a touch up again. This stuff REALLY works! I haven't been taking it long term though so I cant' speak for those results but so far this really does what I was hoping. I've also been having to cut my nails every other night and my skin seems more even toned but not a significant enough result to say that it was definitely from ...

    Extra Strength HSN 5000 mg of Biotin

    I like this product because it contains every vitamin and mineral I have always wanted and more, plus they are so easy to swallow. I have tried the chewable version but still had issues with how they tasted so therefore I did not take them on a regular basis. I love the new softgel formula. Now my hair, skin, and nails can help me achieve the results I have wanted for a long time. I usually take them at bedtime. Three thumbs up!!

    Easy pills to take

    After taking the pills 3 X a day for 3 months I could really see a difference in the density of my hair.
