Superb!
I don't give 5 stars unless I feel like it really earned it.I've given these headphone a few weeks to show me what they got.I have to say that I'm really impressed.I wasn't expecting the high quality sound that $1000 brands offer but I've own quite a few pair of headphones by now and these are the absolute best and these are worth the price.I won't have to replace cheaply made foam ear cushions every year or two at $15 per time.I don't need a fresh battery (times all those expensive packs of batteries over time).I wish they made them with something more breathable than leather but I don't wear them so long that it's an issue and at least it's not foam. The bass is noticeably more present but smooth and clear.The mids and highs are super clear and not tinny. I'm happy.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Best headphone sound and isolation I ever heard
Would have been top rated had there not been a flaw. The right channel dropped out. I sent it in and am waiting for a replacement. While it worked it was the best sound I have ever heard from a pair of headphones. I have two pair of big box speakers, Bose 301s and JVCs. While they produce extraordinary sound, the Beyerdynamic 240 Pro is better. I use them for classical music. When I do I am in the concert hall, and more. The definition of sound lets me hear individual instruments as well as ensemble. The channel separation, while I had it, was real to the point of turning my head because of sounds I thought were coming from the room, but they were in the phones. The sound isolation with over the ear is near perfect, and the comfort made me forget I had phones on.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Good for the value
