Product Information
The news could not be worse: some of the Dinosoids are intent on destroying the human race. Divided into two groups, those that peacefully coexist with humans and those that relentlessly pursue them, the Dinosoids happen to be a permanent part of the world. Yet one man vows to stop the evil ones from becoming the dominant species.

Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion uses the same overhead perspective found in 1999's Turok: Rage Wars for the color handheld. Playing the role of Joshua Fireseed, a.k.a. Turok, you must traverse through five worlds shooting the evil Dinosoid creatures so the planet can finally have peace.

In order to complete a level, you must find keys or pull switches that will allow you access to new areas and ultimately a boss encounter. By defeating the end boss, which may take up half the screen in size, you will advance to the next stage. Levels vary in environment, ranging from outdoor jungles to maze-like compounds.

To succeed in his adventure, Turok can use weapons such as pistols, shotguns, rocket launchers, and machine guns. He also has the ability to drive one of the following vehicles to combat the forces of evil: a tank, powerboat, and swamp buggy. While there is no battery backup in this 8-Meg game, a password system allows you to skip completed levels.Product Identifiers
