  This experience was a net neutral—Ordered this set of dishes and did not receive them, because the seller addressed them only to my city, state, and zip, and did not provide the given street address. So they dead-ended somewhere in the shipping process. This was a big disappointment, since I cannot find this set of dishes anywhere else. But, to the seller’s credit, they did refund me the total, which is why I would give them a neutral rating.
